Starting from 2.0.3 RC 1, English package has been integrated as a built-in language of Bo-blog. So just download the complete release and select "English" when installing.
This is a language file for 2.0.3 beta 1 in English. Please kindly note that it only covers the front end, i.e. the interface that a visitor will see. The language file for the back end (the Admin center) is still under translation. We'll include the complete English language in the final release of 2.0.3.

To use it, simply extract and upload the 'en' directory to <blog base path>/lang/ , and activate it in the section of "Language" in the admin center.
